I understand that the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) will act on this request within 14 days of receipt. I also understand that the required information must be given to the Vice President in order for the ACC to make a valid judgment and the submittal may be returned for more complete information. I agree not to begin proposed improvement(s) until I have been notified of the ACC'sdecision. The submittal of this application in no way constitutes approval of the proposed plan. Approval of any plan(s) shall not constitute an approval, ratification or endorsement of the quality or architectural or engineering soundness of the proposed improvement(s) and the ACC shall not have any liability for any defects in the plans, specifications or improvements. As Applicant, I have read and understand the applicable CC&Rs concerning design and construction. As Applicant, I acknowledge that the persons reviewing the plans and specifications may change with time and that the opinions on aesthetic matters, as well as interpretation and application of the guidelines, may vary accordingly. In addition, I acknowledge that it may not always be possible to identify objectionable features of proposed improvements until the improvements have been completed, in which case it may be unreasonable to require changes to the improvements involved. However, the ACC may refuse to approve similar proposals in the future. I agree to pay any costs incurred by the Association if I fail to meet the standards established by the ACC and the Board of Directors. I HAVE READ THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ABOVE. *
